Indulge in our decadent Teriyaki Duck Wings, hand-carved in-house from tender duck breast and marinated in our signature five-spice blend for at least 48 hours. Each wing is then rested in our rich, house-made duck fat purée for 24 hours, ensuring maximum flavor infusion. Afterward, the wings undergo a slow 3-hour low heat roast before being fried to crispy perfection in fat rendered from the ducks they came off of. Finally, they are hand-glazed with our authentic sticky teriyaki glaze and topped with a sprinkle of Kotoashima sesame seeds for the perfect finishing touch.
